Sasha's Story
Sasha Roshan is a mortgage industry veteran who worked his way up at one of the industry’s largest direct lenders. He started there in 2012 in a new hire ramp-up program and moved into a management position in just two years. He rapidly established a top performing team and after leading that team consistently for over five years, Sasha was promoted to a VP role. Then, after a short stint helping a startup Mortgage company launch, he decided to give it a try himself and went Self-Employed. The flexibility, pricing, and how quickly he is able to close loans now is why he is thriving at the highest level of his career.

Sasha is a newlywed to his wife, Geraldine, and they are very excited for their new puppies, Daniels and Cooper. In his free time, he likes to stay fit by, hiking, working out, and eating right. He also served in the US Army as an Infantryman from 2005 - 2008 and did one deployment to Iraq in 2005. A life changing experience that he attributes to his level of gratitude for everything he has in life.
Ben's Story
Benjamin is a mortgage professional with over 7 years of industry experience. He started originating in 2016 for one of the largest direct lenders in the country. He quickly excelled and is well known for his consistency in leading production. After 3 years, he joined a smaller family-owned direct lender. Over the next 4 years he was a top originator and eventually worked his way up into management. He led a high-performing team and focused on teaching them how to build a book of business of their own.
Whether he is originating or leading a team, Ben’s passion is helping others accomplish their goals. He has joined Involve Lending with the intent of giving the highest level of transparency, education, and service to everyone he works with.
Outside of work, Ben is a family man. His wife Kasey, 7-year-old son Liam and 8-month-old daughter Rome are his world. Their family dog Saint is 2 years old and loves to keep everyone on their toes. When they are not at Liam’s baseball games, they are hiking, or at the beach. Ben’s hobbies include reading, lifting weights, and golf.

He is the son of a 20+ year Retired Army Veteran Master Sergeant Father and his Mother is a Retired Pastor. His older brother is also an active duty Full-Bird Colonel in the Army with also 20+ years of service.
